Bakerview Street

We share a large 5 bedroom house. It is located in central Abbotsford and is walking distance to many amenities. Quiet neighborhood, great location. We split all the utilities/internet/etc equally (max $100/month). We have 1 room available now (14x10 feet) and another, larger room available Aug 1. We have a large backyard with a deck and a garden, and a shared music/recording studio. We also share the kitchen, dining and living room, and the bathrooms. The room is clean, bright and private–though not always quiet depending on house activities (i.e. making music). We are ideally looking for someone long term who fits with our vibe. We are all easy-going, respectful and open minded. We generally like to hang out and socialize and drink/smoke socially. We are all also gigging and recording musicians. So be aware that we are rehearsing, jamming or recording most nights. Ideally we would like someone who is a musician, and is comfortable playing with us, but that’s not required.
It is required that you are honest, respectful, and (fairly) clean. We share the chores and house upkeep. We have regular house meetings to discuss any issues or changes.
