Live Downtown at The Hudson (old Hudson’s Bay). This apartment has gorgeous high ceilings, a stellar view of Downtown and the mountains, you get access to the rooftop patio from 5am-10pm which has BBQ’s for everyone’s use. It’s a loft style apartment, with two rooms. The smaller room is the one for rent, which means I will be paying for majority of the rent to accommodate that. $750 will included all utilities + internet. House is furnished but can bring additional furniture. Room is unfurnished. Will only need a bed in the room as there are large built in closets for clothing storage. Bedroom can probably fit a double mattress or for sure a single mattress. The pictures do not do this place justice! It is gorgeous. Looking for someone to move in immediately. I’m a 29 year old female, I work full time Mon-Fri, just moved from Edmonton a few Months ago. I’m very easy going, clean, organized, fun, adventurous type of person. When I’m not working/sleeping, i’m at the beach or going on hikes. Excited for an opportunity to have a roomie/friend as I don’t know too many people here yet.
