An older but large, 2 bdrm apt in Vic West with an ocean view. Bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, chest, and bedside tables (older and mismatched but in good condition). Remainder of apt fully furnished with lots of plants. Bus stops for major routes minutes away. Grocery, liquor stores, pubs, trails, parks, all within a 5 minute walk. About 15 minutes to walk downtown. Unfortunately no parking available on site but there’s lots of close street parking. A longer term roommate is preferred, but short term is also welcome.

I can be introverted in my personal life. My home is my quiet space. I’m either reading a book, listening to music, crafting, or on the couch with some good TV when not out adventuring with the dog on our beautiful Island. I live well with fellow introverts or extroverts who keep a busy social life outside of the apartment. I’m clean and expect the same. I’m all about 50/50 effort in a shared space but also respect that we all have the need to be relaxed and lazy from our busy lives. I take Covid and precautions seriously, so you should too. I have a 9 yo VERY affectionate Staffie so you must LOVE dogs. Unfortunately he’s not always great with other animals so you wouldn’t be able to bring your own fur baby along.
