I have 1 bedroom available in a 4-bedroom house!!

Price: $750 + utilities + $25 internet (utilities are split with all tenants, comes around $825-50/month in total)

@ Winter time, utilities might be higher due to the heater being on frequently and same in summer with the AC.

What is your relationship to the unit: *Current tenant seeking roommate with Landlady approval.

Lease terms: *minimum 6 months

Documents required: *a filled in application form *proof of ID *first & last month *previous references (Landlords, roomates… anything that describes you living in shared spaces)

Additional information: *Looking for a clean, friendly, nice person to join this beautiful house close to Danforth Ave. The house comes with a backyard in which we have a barbecue (named her Barbara). The backyard is shared with the girl that leaves in the basement apartment (she was my previous roommate and she is really nice). Laundry in unit. Beautiful porch.

Unit: *NOTE: in person viewings, fully masked and vaxxed (I’m fully vaccinated, and so are all the people in this household) We can do remote viewing if you’re outside GTA area.

*The main floor includes kitchen (no dishwasher sorry), dinning area and living room that connects with the backyard.

*Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms (available the one I’m posting here) and a bathroom. Yes, there is only one bathroom but has been shared with 3 girls previously and with good communication and a good schedule we had never any problem. Communication is key!

*Room comes furnished, if you have your own furniture, you’re more than welcome to bring it in! The room & house have a lot of potential, it’s just needs extra lovin’!

*Location is really good, it’s located in a really calm, family-oriented and peaceful neighbourhood (the only thing you might hear are raccoons lol!), 5-10min walking from Woodbine station, Valu-Mart, Dollarama, PizzaPizza, 15-20min walking distance from Sobeys.

*This is a cat friendly house! I have a cat named Fritz, he is 10years old, super friendly and lovely, the only bad thing is that he meows/talks a lot! He will come to you for pets (he loves pets and treats). He reacts well to other cats so if you have one he won’t mind at all 🙂

About me: *I’m Cristina. I’m originally from Spain and I’ve been living here for a year and a half! I’m a 22yo girl working 9-5 in marketing/design; I’m a friendly, outgoing girl that drinks from time to time (in moderation). Smokers ok but you MUST smoke outside, never inside. Since I work 9-5 I spend quite a lot time outside home but I like to relax after a busy day, watching TV, or just chilling in the backyard (now more than ever before winter comes) I might have a little of OCD but I keep it under control 🙂

*Two more people are moving around mid-September but haven’t met them yet so their information is private for now.
