Renting out a medium sized room with furniture however it can be removed if you have your own. Hardwood floors, good sized closet. The house has hardwood floors throughout. There is a good sized backyard with a big deck and BBQ. Great space to spend to in. There are a couple of parks close by, an indoor and outdoor pool, running track, basketball courts, restaurants, a could grocery stores, box stores plus the Junction neighbourhood is just south of here. Neighbours are friendly. The TTC stop is within a minutes walk from front door. Rent includes all utilities, Wifi, Crave and Netflix, plus central AC, and laundry.

I am female, in my 40’s and work in social work and have a dog. So you have to love dogs to live here! :) I love traveling, yoga and am starting to really enjoy cooking! The other tenant is 20 and in university. She’s busy with school and is also a lover of traveling. It’s an easy going and friendly environment and we share in the cleaning. We get along well and will share dinners together every few weeks plus spend time hanging out. It is a good balance between having our own personal space plus being social. However if you want more of your own personal space we respect that too. :)
