Nous venons de déménager dans le quartier et il ya a plein de petits restaurants ou manger, plusieurs bars et des épiceries accessible à pied. Il y a aussi un parc (avec un parc à chien) juste en face de l’appartement, on a la vue dessus depuis le salon. Le gros plus de cet endroit est que pour les étudiants il est facile d’accéder aux différentes universités (Les 2 campus de Concordia en 20mn, l’UdeM en 30mn). La chambre et l’appartement sont déjà meublés, avec laveuse/secheuse. Nous demandons un depot de 1 mois de loyer par mesure de sécurité, mais si c’est trop tu peux nous contacter et on peut s’arranger autrement!

The neighborhood is filled with lots of small restaurants, there’s a few bars at walking distance and also grocery stores. There’s also a park (containing a dog park) right in front of the building. There are also a lot of shops on the main street. The big plus with this place is that is very well located if you’re a student: you’re about 20mn away from both Concordia campuses, and 30mn away from Université de montréal. The room and apartment are already furnished, and include a washer/dryer. We’re asking of a deposit of 1 month of rent for security but if it’s too much for you just contact us and we will find a solution together!

Salut! Je m’appelle Victor et je suis en 3e année de biologie à l’université Concordia. Je suis français et je suis venu au Canada pour jouer au football au Cegep et maintenant à l’université. Mon colocataire s’appelle Roger et lui aussi est français et on joue au football ensemble. Il vient de rentrer à Concordia en bac de commerce. Vu qu’on est tous les deux français ça serait cool de pouvoir parler français avec nos futurs colocs mais c’est pas grave si c’est pas le cas (ça nous donnera l’opportunité de pratiquer notre anglais!) On cherche quelqu’un avec qui on pourra s’entendre et qui fait ses taches ménagères! On a pas de préférence entre garçons et filles, alors hésites pas à nous contacter!

Hi, My name is Victor and I’m a 3rd year undergraduate from Concordia university, I study biology. I’m French and got to Canada 4 years ago to study and play football. My roommate is Roger, he’s also at Concordia and just started studying commerce. He’s also French, and also plays football with me at Concordia. Since we’re both French natives it could be nice to have somebody that’s French-speaking, but if you don’t it’s no problem: it will give us a good opportunity to practice our English!
