Huge balcony, spacious apartment, fully stocked kitchen, 50“ TV (Netflix, can hook up laptop). Must be a cat person as I have 3 (very friendly ones). Want a non-smoker clean and mindful of noise (I never hear my neighbours- concrete walls). Looking for someone who works. 3 min walk to High Park subway, 5 to Junction, 10 to Bloor West. Lots of shopping around. Parking’s extra. $25 deposit if for the key and FOB. Can move in earlier
