Two rooms available in a three bedroom apartament. The unit is all furnished and with all the utilities included. Both rooms come with bed, mattress, desk and closet/wardrobe. The bathroom is shared between the two rooms. The building has all amenities as gym, inside pool, sauna and party rooms and is located in downtown Toronto close to College station with lots of stores, pharmacies, bars and groceries. Is also steps to Ryerson University.

I am a 24 years old working professional that just started to work with Advertising here in Toronto. I am currently working from home. I am very easy going, clean, tidy and friendly person who likes to have my personal space but also enjoys spend some time with the person I am living. Usually I like to watch some Netflix and exercise when I am not working during week days and during the weekend I like to explore the city and spend time with friends. I expected the person who is living with me to be respectful and clean as well. Unfortunately, the unit is not pet friendly!
