Furnished room (double/full bed) in Annex area with built in wardrobe and room for a desk.

Room is in a 4 bedroom place, with one room used as an office/spare room for visitors . Close to dupont station, restos, LCBO, amenities. Place is lovely, great natural lighting, awesome deck.

$$ includes all utilities, high speed unlimited internet, cable package (sports and movies included) and a cleaner every two weeks.

Sharing bathroom with 35+ y/o female.

Friendly, social but laid back house, we like our home to be a calm and happy place where the roommates would enjoy socialising in the common areas. Current housemates hang out socially and would love someone that is happy to sit around with a glass of wine and have a chat etc.

We are expats and as such may have visitors from around the world come to visit (in safer times), so tolerance of short term visitors in the spare room is needed, and the same luxury would be afforded to all housemates.

Would need to be approved by our landlord (employment and rental history required). 1st and last required.
