New building near gateway skytrain (walking distance if you transit), also walking distance from a grocery store, you would have your own room, building is very secure all fob’d, shared bathroom(rain shower/deep bathtub), laundry/dishwasher in unit, bicycle storage, approximately 700 square ft, high ceilings, garberator, and shared underground visitor parking pass (which if you drive im sure could be used to park underground since there is only 1 parking spot available and I drive but could talk to my landlord about gettin a second parking stall possibly if needed).

I am bubbly, outgoing, talk alot but also like quiet me time. I pretty much just work and play animal crossing. 420 friendly but prefer a non smoker( cigarettes as the smell lingers). Not into partying especially during covid times I don’t want large gathering. Looking for someone laid back and clean. Lease is up on February, you would be taking over the other half of the lease until then. I may be moving elsewhere after, so if your looking for somewhere short term this is the place for you! (our rent is due 15th of each month not the 1st if anyone was wondering)
