The apartment is a corner suite with two bedrooms. The room I am renting is the master bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. There are in-suite laundry and a balcony. The room is available with a matching pine set queen sized bed-frame (mattress needed) and dresser with a mirror if you need it! The building is 5 years old and has a bike storage room, a fitness room and a designated parking spot for you. It is a non-smoking building but has an outside designated area. The apartment is a 5 min drive and 15 min walk from UFV and is within walking distance to Starbucks and McDonalds!

I am a female student in my early 20s currently attending UFV and am passionate about environmental sciences. In normal not-covid life, I am a relatively quiet person who does not party but does enjoy spending time with a few close friends. I am a neat and organized person and will always keep our mutual spaces clean and tidy. I am hoping to find a roommate with who I am not only able to co-exist but hopefully become friends with too!
