Renting out 1 bedroom of 2 bedroom large apartment on 2cnd floor of building.The building is very quiet and multicultural.Has very large bathroom and coin laundry on same floor,security building,recycling,5 minute walk to Lacewood mall/sobeys.I am on the a main bus route and 10 minute walk to main bus terminal in clayton park. All utilities are included-unlimited heat -power-wifi-Netflix.Bedroom can be furnished or you can bring your own bedroom furniture.Parking is avaialable through the office for $90 a month.This is a non scent non smoking apartment.(pure scents like lavender/peppermint etc are welcome though,just no scentcy/candles etc.. The only downfall is that the apartment is 75% carpet , but it is very clean and I own a carpet cleaner..

I am the only other occupant of apartment.I am a Store Manager and am home only 50% of the time plus on my days off I do not stay in Halifax.Great space for studying student,night shift worker ,working at home. Building allows cats and dogs so depending on the shedding of the breed(due to carpet ) I may be open to your furry friend as I am a huge animal lover/ advocate. Note:this is not covid isolation apartment .
