Looking for a female roommate for November 1st (2020).
I am living in a 3 bedroom townhouse with my 2 daughters who currently attend school and daycare. My girls are 6 and soon-to-be 5 years old.
We are looking for a kind roommate to live with who is a young student or professional.
Bright basement space. Semi-furnished. There is no bed or mattress. Kitchen and 1.5 washrooms are shared. There is free parking and very good internet. ~11 minute walk to Station Gouin for busing, very close to plaza with groceries and restaurants. There is also a backyard with a shed that can store things.
Looking for a clean, respectful roommate who is okay to share space with children.
No smoking inside, no pets (I’m not allowed cats/dogs, have allergies also). Good references.
Laundry appliances are in the basement, and I will inform ahead of time if I need to do laundry.
