Leith Hill Road

The apartment is located on the 10th floor. It’s an unfurnished 2 bedroom with a common kitchen, dining space and washroom. There’s ample storage space as well. The location is perfect if you require the TTC. The Don Mills Subway station is a 5 min walk and the TTC is 2 min away from the building. Fairview Mall is right opposite and access to the Toronto Public Library is a short walk too. The apartment has access to a gym. Laundry room is located in the basement.

There are three of us renting out the space. All of us are from Mumbai, India, and are currently enrolled in different academic courses at the same college. We are all in the 25-28 age group.

You will be sharing the room with me. I like keeping the place clean and organized (no, not on an OCD level, but clean as you normally would expect from a human being). I’m also a very quiet person, who enjoys reading a lot and will in general, leave you to your own devices. I have shared flats and rooms with others before, so I’m well aware of the boundaries required to prevent getting on each others nerves. Also, because I’m currently attending college, I will mostly be at home, apart from the weekends when I part time (due to Covid and the resulting need for virtual everything). The other two flatmates will be sharing the second room. They are a couple, and are pretty fun people to have as flatmates.
