Hi there, I am renting my second bedroom in 2 bedroom apartment starting October 1. Apartment is located in Downtown Toronto on Bloor street. It is just steps away from 2 subway stations (Sherbourne or Bloor/Yonge). Mall attached to the building. Stores including : (No frills, Rexall, Canada post, Health office, Restaurants and coffee shops).

I am respectful and calm guy. I live with my cat. She is great and quite. I am keeping my apartment very clean. I am working during the evenings , so I am rarely interfering my roommate’s morning schedule. Looking for someone trustworthy, clean and responsible. I am looking for a male or female roommate.

Room will be furnished with bed frame, computer desk and shelves.

Walk Score of 95: grocery shopping in the area: Basic Foods, Rabba Fine Foods, Sobeys and No Frills. Pool on the last floor and panoramic views. Bloor st.shopping, parks, movie theater, gym. My apartment is facing west.
