Move in date is flexible. Looking to share the space with 1 other person giving us both a good sized bedroom and a zen/chill/office room for $1,400 each. It would feel as though you have your own apartment and I find I’ve done more exercise and meditation having a room for it.

There’s a filtered mineralized alkaline water system for drinking and in the shower, a dishwasher, 24-hour laundry downstairs, swimming pool and free BBQ area.

It’s located across the street from High Park subway and the park and is a short walk to nature trails, No Frills, 24hr Rabba, restaurants, coffee shops, pubs, post office, library, organic retailers, 24 hour bus, etc.
