2020 is the strangest, craziest year to find roommates!
But I have this amazing house & TWO rooms available for two fantastic people :)

I’ve been here for 1yr & I love it: all the living spaces are located at the back of the house where the south facing windows let in all the light & sky views. A generous backyard w a patio, potted plants & the veggie garden that my departing roomies & I created this year! The main floor is open plan living/dining room with sliding doors to the garden & a fireplace. The kitchen has cupboard space galore, there’s in-house laundry, a half-bath on the main floor, and a stunning amount of storage/closet space.

Upstairs, is where the main bathroom & 3 bdrms (one has its own 1/2 bath) are located. I have TWO unfurnished rooms to fill: (***So don’t be seduced by the furniture! :-D )

#1) has a window overlooking the garden and a generous closet. (Photos show a purple blanket on a Queen sized bed) #2) has two windows, a shorter closet - but it’s deeper for extra storage! (Photos show a white duvet on Q-sized bed)

Rent for each room is $800/mth + utilities which will be divided equally. Rooms 11x13 each.

The neighborhood is the best: the Galloping Goose bike trail is 2mins from our door + seaside trails, the local brew pub is excellent, and so are the local bakery/cafes!! You can walk downtown in 15mins, transit & groceries are one block away.

My name is Caroline, I’m a Pilates instructor working through two fantastic physiotherapy clinics. I cycle everywhere, love outdoor adventures big & small, and love talking with people who are passionate about what they do!

I’m looking for roommates who enjoy sharing space with excellent people! This is a great house & I’m looking for individuals who are interested in longer term (6mths minimum) & like the idea of contributing your unique energy and creativity into making this house a home we all enjoy!
