Large master bedroom available for a single person or a couple with your own en-suite private bathroom that has a separate bathtub, shower, and his and her sink. The master bedroom also has a walk-in closet and large floor to ceiling windows. It is on the second floor along with the shared washer/dryer. You’ll also get central air conditioning and heating that is adjustable in the room.

The townhouse is close to a bus stop that takes you directly to Landsdowne Subway station. There’s a few nice parks in the area and a railway trail that’s nice for running and biking. Nearby theres a Food basics, Freshco and many other shops within walking distance. There is a Balzac’s coffee and new restaurant (Century Tavern) within metres of the unit.

Our townhouse has a shared, spacious living room, shared powder room and kitchen with new appliances. The kitchen includes a microwave, electric stove/oven, fridge, and dishwasher.

You’ll share the place with me, my younger sister and her cat Lucy. We’re both females in our late 20s and are pretty quiet at home. We’ll stay on the top floor and you’ll have the second floor to yourself (except for a shared laundry room).We’re really clean, easy-going roommates who are also happy to make friends with you and occasionally hangout, so you don’t have to be in quarantine alone! But if you prefer privacy we can respect that too.
