House is a semi lg bedroom unfurnished 800. or furnished for 850.00 also could have use if 2nd room set up as tv den room shared kitchen and bath. All untilities are included .parking, access to back deck yard Internet, cable and laundry all included no pets but I do have a very friendly dog 9 yrs old so must love dogs close to all amenities shopping, grocery, theatre, down town

I am a recent widow 57 yrs of age but feel like 40 I do work and I am friendly I do like my own space. I do not approve of drugs. But do not mind social drinking. Very clean And respect other people’s privacy
