I have a large 1 bdrm apartment that I am looking to split. Shared kitchen and bathroom. The entire living room (less walking space) is yours to do what you want. I have curtains and cabinets to cordon off a private “bedroom” area. Lots of furniture with storage space for your stuff. Apartment is in gorgeous midtown Toronto in a great area close to subways, busses, main lines and amenities. Electricity and high speed internet (wifi+hardline) are included in the price and the only other costs. If you need a parking spot, that would be extra but easily acomodated.

I am a disabled man who is quiet, clean and respectful. I am a smoker, toker, gamer and painter. I mostly keep to myself, but I am friendly (once ive had a cup of coffee!!) overall and easy to get along with. I have a small cat who is friendly but ultimately is the queen of the castle. She doesnt really like other animals, but isnt aggressive and will keep to herself if she doesnt want to engage with the other animals. I love animals of all sorts. Looking for someone clean, respectful and friendly.
