I am a middle aged professional who works from home (currently). I’m quiet and very tidy, and live in this 1800+ square foot home with my 11 year old dog and 20 year old cat (who sleeps nearly the entire day). The yard on the property is also quite large with several spots to relax and enjoy the outdoors. I am looking for a house mate who is responsible and does not smoke. Ideally they are easy going and tidy.
