OFFERING: 1 bedroom (unfurnished) in a shared 4 bedroom house!

TERM: The lease ends April 1st. ​$550/m + utilities (70%, split 4 ways)

LOCATION: We are located in north Oshawa; Simcoe/Beatrice area.

ACCESSIBILITY: ​There are 3 steps to the main entrance. Your bedroom is on the main floor of the unit, along with 1 of 2 shared washrooms, the kitchen, and living room. To access the upstairs level there are quite steep steps. The hallways and doorways are quite wide.

INCLUDED: 1 parking space in driveway, unlimited wifi, free laundry on site (main floor), and we are next-door neighbours with fresh-co so grocery shopping is really easy! We also get lots of sun light.

PETS: We have 2 long-haired cats (Ivy and Juniper) and - wait for it - a mini french bulldog puppy! We’re getting the puppy (Gus) on the 27th so it’ll still be a baby when you move in. We can’t really take on any more pets at this time, but if you have one and that’s your only barrier, let us know and we’ll talk about it!

Hi friends! Rebekah , Clarissa, and I are looking for a 4th, queer-friendly roommate to join our sweet little house. We are all white and 23 yrs old; Clarissa and Rebekah are queer cis women and I identify as genderqueer (she/they pronouns). We’re a very queer-positive, anti-racist, and open space, and we often chill together in the living room for dinner or a movie, but sometimes we hang out in our rooms too. We do have friends over that are in our social bubble, but we’re not really loud party people. 420 friendly but it needs to be outside, none of us smoke ourselves. I work in recreation, Clarissa works at a hardware store, and Rebekah works in a restaurant (so her hours can run quite late).
