Looking for a 3rd roommate in a 3 bedroom unit - $1050/month (price includes utilities + internet). This room is available short-term from Oct 1st to Dec 1st, with the potential of taking over the lease with the landlords (who are wonderful).

The unit is the second and third floor of a triplex near Lansdowne and Davenport. If quiet, calm and tidy living sounds great to you than this is the house for you! The other two roommates are mature and accommodating professionals, who are very respectful.

Shared kitchen, bathroom, living room, and upstairs alcove beside your bedroom.

• unit is very spacious - really! -all new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, including dishwasher -a refurbished full bathroom with bathtub, new vanity and mirror -in-unit laundry, furnace, AC, a private balcony for the unit, and a shared backyard -option of driveway parking ($50) -the bedroom will be empty (UNFURNISHED) - but I can provide bedding and potentially help source other furniture)
