Bedroom available in beautiful 3 bedroom 1 1/2 bathroom townhome located in the heart of Chestermere Alberta.

The townhome is three stories with a semi private backyard, unfinished basement with laundry facilities and is located close to all local amenities within Chestermere along with many beautiful walking trails and is approximately a 15 minute drive to Calgary with the ease of being close to most major highway access points.

The townhome is pet friendly and you do have the option of having up to two pets as long as they weigh under 50 pounds and are approved by the board and by the landlord as well. Pet fees are negotiable. There are no other pets currently in the townhome.

Shared areas will of course be the living room, kitchen, office areas, bathrooms, basement/laundry room, etc however this is all negotiable if there is a desire for further privacy I would love to have a conversation to ensure you feel happy and comfortable as I know how important privacy is to many. There is also an office area that you could exclusively have as well if you so desired but again it is all negotiable.

I am a recently separated 42 year old man that works as a professional driver. I am generally gone during the day but home at night and do not have frequent guests. I am generally quite quiet but of course still enjoying getting to socialize. I am cannabis friendly and do partake occasionally myself but am highly respectful of others boundaries with it.

I would love to find a clean respectful roommate with potentially some common interests that is also 420 friendly as I do consume it on the property but not in the house.
