Hi, I’m looking for a roommate to move into the extra room in the suite. Right in the heart of Osborne, onsite laundry, utilities included, parking spots available (at a cost~$70/per month), mail, and storage locker. Close to groceries, transit, shopping, and downtown. Fully furnished kitchen, living area, and bathroom, with patio and BBQ. Large windows with blinds. The bedroom for rent is not furnished, also unfortunately not pet friendly. I am currently a student at U of M and work part-time. I am home lots during the day and out some evenings. I am clean, organized, and easy to get along with!
