You will be sharing the apartment with myself and my boyfriend. We are young (late 20s) active people who like to spend our free time outside, we both work Monday to Friday. Right now, one of us does get up early and leave for work at 6AM. Great fit for a student who needs a quiet place to study during the day. We also have a cat, you must be pet friendly. We will consider another cat or small dog (building rules, it has to be under 12“) as long as it gets along with ours and has decent manners. No smoking please (of any kind). We are not party people but will hang out on a Saturday and have a few beers.
