*I’ve posted both bedroom and living room, my bed is size king. *You have the option to choose between bedroom or living room ( and turn it into your bedroom for private) but the bedroom is a little smaller. *Cleanness is a key for me, and we take turns cleaning the bathroom, floors, and kitchen. *We share the bathroom and kitchen. *It’s UNFURNISHED, and the pictures show my current roommate’s stuff. *There is a closet and a shoe closet as well. *This apartment is good for sb who is a student or full time working person. *Everything, even the internet, is included in the rent. *No short term, At least 6 months *Itt’s also available 1st December/15th December / 1st January 2021. ( The sooner, The better tho) *It has the best location, 5-7 min walk to Stanley park (lost lagoon lake), Safeway and no-frills 10 min, and you can find literally any restaurant around here, it’s in the heart of downtown in an amazing neighborhood. *Deposit is half of the rent, but there is an extra $100 according to the building’s policy if you have a pet. *The laundry room is on our floor, and we have a card that we charge based on our needs. Parking is also available, but you have to give $50 extra, and the bike parking is free. *LGBTQ+ friendly.

I’m 25 yr old girl looking for a roommate to share this beautiful place together. I respect privacy a great deal. I don’t smoke, but I’m cannabis-friendly. I am very clean, and I care about tidiness a lot. I don’t mind if you have a pet cat or dog ( not too big tho). I LOVE them. I don’t mind if you are a girl, boy, or non-binary; I care that you’re friendly, VERY CLEAN, and easy-going. No partying, but if you want to have friends over and gatherings, it’s totally ok as long as there are no loud noises.
