Hi! Looking for a roommate for south Edmonton in the Orchards! 2 girls living here right now, looking for someone to fill the master bedroom with walk in closet and private bathroom. Large backyard, backs right out onto walking paths. It’s about a 5 minute walk from the bus stop. No pets :( rent includes membership for outdoor community centre with ice rink and tennis courts! It’s a newer modern built home and the neighbourhood is really safe! $620/ month not including utilities.

We are both 18 and 19 years old and both work lots! We are looking for someone to be friends with as well as roomies! We are both sporty but also love hanging out at home :)
