Hi! Looking for a roommate for south Edmonton in the Orchards! 3 girls living here right now, move in date is July 1. Large backyard, backs right out onto walking paths. It’s about a 5 minute walk from the bus stop. No pets :( rent includes membership for outdoor community centre with ice rink and tennis courts! It’s a newer modern built home and the neighbourhood is really safe! $565/ month not including utilities.

Both girls are between 19-23, and want someone to be friends with too! We all cook together occasionally and have no problems hanging with each other :) we are all pretty outgoing and love to be active and do fun things! We are also very clean and work together to keep maintain a clean space for all of us 😋
