Located in Caledon, just north of Bolton. A newly renovated historic property. Vehicle is required, parking is available and included in the cost of rent.

Single bedroom on main floor. A modern kitchen, two living spaces, laundry and 1 1/2 baths are shared spaces.

Two females already live in the house and one more female roommate is required. Both females have developmental disabilities. Third female roommate is not required to be a caregiver. We are looking for a responsible female with good communication skills. References required.
