The room is in a quaint 5 1/2 apartment, in Verdun, walkie distance to everything you need, including 2 metro station (10min), close to the Verdun beach, one street away from Wellington and view distance form the St-Laurence river! Parking available on the street. the price includes all the bills; rent, hot water, hydro, high speed internet, got a/c for the summer and can share my Netflix. The comment room are fully furnished, all you really need is to equipped your room anyway you want, I am also open to sell or reorganise the existing furnitures and appliances, to accommodate the new rommies (if ever you have some that you really want to keep)! BTW got a small separate space with washer and dryer, behind the kitching (rare for MTL).

And Since I’m a geek got some old video game plug in the living room tv (NES, SEGA and Game cube).

There a extra room, ideally for a other roommates open for discussion, so the price will be lower the moment the 3th person will be Moving in!

Hi, my name is Jessica, I work in a local theater has a coordinator and have some side line contract, where I work at home sometimes. I’m clean, open minded, creative and respectful. Personally, I’m more on the quite side but can be social at times. My main interests this day’s are more on the geeky side; Video games, comic,… music, movies, … also like watching sports and like the outdoors but Learning and understanding how stuff work is my thing I guess, (learn recently cabinet making, interior design, asl…) and this day’s I’m learning the basic of programming, just for fun and my recent project is to build my own PC. Also, fall in the rabbit hole of mechanical keyboards.

I got a dog, Samantha, she a small 9 years old terrier mix, she’s clean, don’t bark and love human.
