Kyle's room

Room is quite large, with a spacious walk in closet. its not fully furnished but it does have a bed. the living room is also quite spacious and is furnished with a couch and tv. i also have my consoles set up there right now, but if you want them moved i don’t mind. the property is close to a grocery store, the river valley and west Edmonton mall. Utilities included. (deposit negotiable)

I’m the only one living here right now, i like gaming, drawing, biking, and Dnd. pretty much anything geeky or nerdy. I’m pretty chill and can get along with most people. I’m also willing to change up some stuff, like cleaning habits or the layout of the living room if need be. I don’t mind marijuana , but it can only be smoked outdoors. no smoking inside.
