About the room
Hey guys! I am looking for a roommate to live with me in my downtown apartment!
I am 21 years old, a student and I work as a server. I am looking for someone who is just as social as I am but also enjoys their alone time and is clean. Someone who I can enjoy hanging out with would be great! Preferably a girl and a student. My boyfriends puppy also comes over sometimes so must be okay with that! Apartment must be kept clean.
Rent will be $1000 and includes utilities, wifi, and in unit laundry. You will have access to the small gym, communal patio with BBQs, and the common area downstairs which I like to study in. We also have a patio I still need to decorate!
You would have your own bathroom, but it would be shared with guests during the times they are over so must be kept tidy.
About the roomies
Really want someone I can become good friends with! We can study, travel, party, make new friends, watch shows together, and hopefully just make this a really good experience for us both!
