The suite is super clean. Size of the suite is 990sq. feet. I’ll be living in the other room.

$600 rent with everything (Electricity, Gas, Water, Garbage) included. Only thing extra is internet. ($25/month)

Laundry once a week.

Twin mattress and desk can be provided.

Street parking available.

Location provides great access to all major transportation routes, public transit and amenities.

Short walk to: Bus Stop, Surrey Central skytrain station, SFU Surrey, KPU Civic Plaza, City Centre Library, Grocery Stores. Guildford Mall, Port Mann Bridge and Pattullo Bridge are a 5 minute drive away.
