Townhouse located along Rabbit Hill in the Glenriding/Windermere area. Quiet and safe neighbourhood. Very new home, just recently built. Furnished, although you may bring your own stuff (just give me a heads up). All utilities are included & with an extra $100 per month (your choice) they’ll be fresh meal preps for each week.

I’m a bubbly but reserved lady. I mostly keep to myself but I can socialize if I have to. I love watching documentaries, eating out and trying new food. I’ve recently started taking pictures of myself or nature as a new hobby lol. I love to cook & bake (beginner). They’ll be one other person renting out the third room but we can both decide on the third person since you’ll have to share the bathroom with them.
