The room has a keyed lock and the guests will have access to Netflix, streamed TV and high speed internet, only hydro is extra.

Located in downtown Ottawa, right behind Rideau river, close to many locations of interest: the canal, banks, groceries, pharmacies, museums, restaurants, bars, cafes, theaters, embassies, gyms, Chinatown, Little Italy, bicycle lanes, library, YMCA, etc. Some events throughout the year are: glowfest, jazz fest, parades, gay pride, cycling and jogging, Winterlude, Carivibe.

Amenities include: –Furnished room with queen size bed, closet, convertible desk and chair. –Clean and w ell-equipped kitchen and bathroom –Indoor pool and laundry in building

The space This is a large size and fully furnished bedroom in an apartment on the 2nd floor.

Renting contract month to month with an intention of long-term.
