I am the owner of the unit that will be moving out as I will be moving in with my partner. The current tenant of the unit is very clean, lives a fairly busy life and is extremely pleasant to live with. She is very easy going as long as there is open communication. Looking for a similar tenant who will occupy the room for at least one year.
