Building is well maintained and pet friendly. I have a small dog who is quite loving and rarely barks. Other pets are welcome. COVID negative apartment, current occupant has a very small self contained bubble. Looking for November 1 or sooner. Last month rent deposit required along with first month on agreement. You will be added to the lease as a tenant. The master bedroom is unfurnished and your living room and dining room furniture is welcomed.
