• Tons of amazing cafes and restaurants around. Very close to SuperC. It is right across the street from the back entrance of the apartment.

• The unit has a washer, a dryer, a new electric stove and a new refrigerator. All utilities (electricity, heating and internet) will be split with 2 other housemates.
• The room has a separate thermostat to control heating.

The total utilities cost would be around $50-60/month during winter and $30-40/month during summer.
