Small private patio with natural gas barbecue and water feature in front of the unit, and a large communal patio upstairs with sweeping views of downtown. Free street parking, bike storage, and storage locker available (may be able to arrange underground parking if required).

Rent includes utilities & internet (Shaw Internet 300).
