3 bedroom 1800 sq ft house town house in a beautiful modern area. You would get 2 rooms as I would migrate to the master. Or I could do 900 and keep the other room for a home office, we can discuss this. Outdoor parking in the driveway, I drive a somewhat nice car and use the garage parking for mine. Basement with full laundry, shared living room kitchen den etc. I use the basement for storage presently, you’re welcome to fill it up with stuff as well.

Bonus if you have a couch as the one in the living room is going! Also a kitchen table, as the computers shown in the den will be gone too and I’m not quite what to put here.

You would have your own bathroom as the master has it’s own as well. There is also a bathroom downstairs by the living room.
