Recently built townhouse, close to Mississauga and Brampton city centres. Close to 401 and 407. Most common banks, grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, etc. within a few minutes drive and a couple are even within walking distance. A pond is nearby as well as an exercise path (for those who like to walk or jog).

One master room for rent with ensuite bathroom. Room receives unobstructed and beautiful golden light in the morning as the sun rises. Large king sized bed is available. Ensuite bathroom features bathtub and wide mirror.

Shared areas include fully furnished living room and kitchen. A walkout balcony is attached to the living room. A washroom is also located on the same level as the living room.

A covered garage is available. Outdoor parking can also be purchased separately.

Internet, water, heat and electricity are included. This assumes reasonable usage, especially for electricity. Please conserve and use energy efficient devices and lighting where possible.

Single male professional occupies one private room. Quiet and clean. Familiar with the area if you have questions. No pets presently. May drink socially, does not smoke and not interested in partying.
