The #5 Avenue Rd. bus stops in front (goes directly south towards U of T and University Ave.), or it’s a 10 minute walk to Davisville subway station (Line 1). Designated bike lane to downtown. Permitted street parking available. Pubs, restaurants, Timmies, Starbucks, Farm Boy, Sobey, Hasty located nearby. On-site coin-op laundry, bicycle storage. An ideal apartment & location for a college/university student, or a downtown commuter.
