Have the place to yourself! This two bedroom apartment is empty most of the time, as we have been staying out of town and working remotely during COVID. Your furnished room is in a bedroom, one bathroom apartment on the second floor of a cute low-rise building — no need to take a crowded elevator! Our building has been around since the 60s so it’s a bit quirky, but the unit is decorated in a modern style and equipped with everything you need.

The room is furnished with double bed and a dresser if you need it. These can be removed if you do not need them. Furniture removal does not lower the rental price.

Find everything nearby, just a 5-10 mins walk away: Subway and bus, Starbucks, groceries, LCBO, patios and more.

Parking spot included! Internet and hydro included!

Building is non-smoking. You may not smoke in the apartment, or anywhere on the property.

We are an LGBTQ 🏳️‍🌈 couple in our 30s: Heather and Jess. We are currently staying in my home town and will sometimes come back to our apartment in Toronto for a couple days, about once a month… so mostly you will be by yourself and you will never see us at all! We are quiet, down-to earth people who enjoy staying home, reading, cooking and watching movies. We are looking for a responsible roommate who will be clean and respectful of our space while we are gone.
