This building is at the corner of Jarvis and Carlton, across from Allan Gardens smack dab in downtown Toronto! There is a large convenience/grocery store attached to the building open 7a.m.-11p.m., we are on a 24 hour streetcar line, a seven minute walk from the Yonge subway line!

This unit is on the 10th floor facing Allan Gardens to the south! Its a HUGE unit with a massive balcony, you have your own room and basically your own bathroom (the only thing we would share is the shower, I have my own half bathroom as part of the master bedroom!), shared living room / kitchen / balcony. Your window also faces south towards the park / lake!

Pet friendly, smoke friendly (although all smoking is done on the balcony, no exceptions!), its an AMAZING building in a great location, and $900 a month is a steal, if you don’t mind me saying! You’ll also have your own dedicated hallway closet in addition to the closet in your room.

I’m a 38 y/o professional working 9-5 downtown in administration. I don’t have parties but I do frequently have a friend or friends over for casual hangouts / tv watching! I am quiet and friendly and looking for a roomie who is the same, but would also like to hang out and do stuff!

The living room / kitchen are completely furnished and I am happy to share all my stuff with a quality roommate (although my current roommate, when he moves out MIGHT take his couch with him, not sure, but everything else is mine!). I am OBSESSED with Nightmare Before Christmas so there is a LOT of that around. I also have a pet snake named George, he’s a ball python who lives in my room and stays in his locked tank, so not to worry, you won’t find him running around the apartment freely :)
