Marissa's room

Opening up my second bedroom in my beautiful, large downtown apartment. Internet, Cable and Utilities are included in price. The bedroom has a gorgeous city view with sparkling morning sunlight. The closet is wall to wall. There is a brand new ikea fouton and a desk and lamp currently in the bedroom for your using pleasure. This building boasts round the clock security, a brand new laundering facility,a newly renovated commons room for hosting,brand new gym and a brand new games room. It has a wrap around balcony with city views and stunning sunrises and sunsets. The ideal candidate would be a fulltime student or working professional such as myself. Cleanliness and respect is a must of your room and also the shared areas. I have cats and birds and you must be okay with animals ( the capacity is full, so it is not pet friendly to potential renter). My home is fully furnished and is a peaceful sanctuary that is used for R&R not parties. I am a non drinker/smoker and prefer someone who is the same as I am in recovery.

I am a 35 year old working professional who is a home body and enjoys painting and creating art on my down time. I love to cook and in the summer I transform my balcony into a garden. I am a non judgemental christian and have good values and morals. I enjoy a clean, organized, clutter free space. I realize I sound like a prude but I assure you, I am not. I am actually quite outgoing and funny and there are not many people who don’t like me… lol… I just want to be sure to find a respectful,clean,quiet roomate to share my home with.
