Your room is a double room. So you have room for an office/living room in addition to your bed etc. It has a closet. It is unfurnished. The apartment has a backyard (with a raised planter and I built to grow veggies etc). The kitchen/living space has all 4 appliances (*update: the washer just broke…trying to sort it out). Move-in date is TBD. Rent is $640 everything included. The area is awesome! 6 min walk from Beaubien metro. Little Italy has amazing food and the Jean-Talon market is a 6 min walk away. It is also walking distance from mile-end.

Votre chambre est une chambre double. Vous avez donc assez d’espace pour un bureau / salon en plus de votre chambre. La chambre comprend un placard. Elle n’est pas meublé. L’appartement a une cour arrière (avec un planteur surélevé que j’ai construit afin de faire pousser des légumes et autres…). La cuisine / espace de vie a les 4 appareils (four, frigo, laveuse et sécheuse. * la laveuse vient de casser). La date d’emménagement est à déterminer. Le loyer est de $640 tout compris. L’emplacement est géniale! À 6 min à pied du métro Beaubien. La Petite-Patrie a une multitude de café / restaurants incroyable et le marché Jean Talon est à 6 minutes à pied. L’appartement est également à distance de marche du Miles end.
