This is a 3-bedroom apartment is on the 3rd floor (top floor) of a commercial building and within a two-minute walk of Ossington station. You will share the kitchen, living room and bathroom with two roommates. One roommate is a male professional, 30s, already living there and the other will rent the other room in this ad. Coin laundry in the building. Utilities included. Looking for responsible, quiet, clean and respectful people who will share cleaning duties.

Room 1: furnished with a queen bed, dresser, large closet, AC and lots of windows/light.

Room 2: furnished with a double bed (mattress is only 6 mths old), clothing rack, bookshelf, night table, window with lots of light.

To rent, you will need to have:

2. Last month’s rent deposit

Roomie already living in apt is male, early 30s, architect - friendly, easy going and respectful. He and myself (landlord) are looking to replace the two roomies who are leaving.
