The place: It’s a fully furnished 2 bedroom condo unit with an unobstructive view of the city. The apartment is facing west perfectly fit for a lil aesthetic sunset enjoyment. It’s a scent positive place either from your cooking flavours or personal essential oils. In-unit laundry. The apartment is furnished with lots of opportunities to play around, especially when there’re only you and me occupying the place. I want the roomie to feel as home as much as I do.

I’m not too fuss about cleaning schedule and I do believe in “organized chaos” but there’s should be a balance which I’m open for discussion.

We share pretty much everything existing in the apartment (i.e shared bathroom, living & dining area, furnitures, appliances, dinnerwares, cookwares, TV…) except for food and personal belonging. Your room is your privacy.

Bonus: there’s a Philips Hues lighting system installed, Fibre 5G internet, air purifier, humidifier, scent diffuser and free underground parking :)

I notice the place is lack some green space and I’m working on it. Maybe you can help me with that.

The room: Unfurnished. I uploaded the room photo from a previous tenant so you can get an idea (hence the different vibe 😅). Currently it’s empty with a floating shelf, a rug and few small furniture. No window but there’s a huge glass wall see right thru the apartment to the floor-to-ceiling window.

You: Working professional (ID, Proof of income and references approved by the management). Responsible, responsive & respectful. If you like trashy shows like Emily in Paris, Love is Blind or Dragrace, we’ll probably get along lol. Just finished The Queen’s Gambit <3

Me: 28 yo guy. Graphic Designer. Extroverted introvert. Respectful, responsible & spontaneous (not sure how it’d mix but here we are lol). ISFP + INFP, Aquarius if it matters :) Play blitz chess compulsively.

Currently working my life away in an office (I know)… with all safety measures (great opportunity for you to have the entire place for yourself if you WFH)
