Woodbine Avenue

One bedroom with patio, shared backyard in a spacious main floor of a house steps from woodbine beach. I wasn’t planning on moving but was painting this place, for a friends parents and have decided it’s too good of a place to pass on but I can afford the full rent with out a roommate. Your half of rent would be $875 I’m getting a break on rent, and spitting the savings with the right roommate.

I work at a paint store Monday-Friday 9-6, I also DJ, I do have a small set up and do like to get loud but will always be respectful and mindful of the volume. I like to live a clean and healthish lifestyle, not vegan but do it eat mostly vegan, don’t need meat at home but don’t mind it either.
